For the protection of heart everyone can do lots of things but there are some excuses which can harm you heart health so try to avoid these excuses.
- I can’t do any thing for weight loss-These lines are best suited for the people who are gifted genetically a fit n fine personality. If you really want to loose weight then make a new diet plan and follow it as a daily routine.
- I like eating outs-Be careful if you like to eat street food. Avoid the spicy and oily food it spoils the heart health.
- I don’t have time for workout- This is the most common excuse of many people. But a small walk for daily keeps your heart and brain fit.
- I don’t like Medicines-Medicines some times work as life saver some people avoid taking medicines and try to grab some other natural options even the natural medicines also contain some amount of chemicals.
